Ben Brown

Protection Team Manager & Advisor

Ben joined Oakwood in 2019 and is his 25th year in the industry having worked for some of the largest financial companies in the UK. These include Prudential, Axa, Royal London and Vitality.

After working for such large companies for most of his career and building up an extensive knowledge base he felt it was the right time to come out of the corporate environment wanting to work for a company that really had the customers at the heart of all that they do.

He therefore came to Oakwood as our head our Financial Services Department with an exciting challenge of building a new team who are able to offer a bespoke support to all of our clients and families.

Outside of Oakwood, Ben and his wife have a young family who keep him busy and when he isn’t entertaining his children, he spends his time as an ambassador of Naomi & Jacks place Children’s Hospice. And as he lives near Basingstoke, his car is used to long journeys and therefore he can meet any clients no matter where they are.
