Charlotte Wroe

Administrator

Charlotte joined Oakwood in 2005. Her main roles include checking documentation needed for applications being sent off to the lenders, chasing for updates on those cases and keeping our clients and agents updated throughout the process. Charlotte also helps look after all of our existing Oakwood clients in our client bank department.

Charlotte takes pride in making sure the client has the best customer service experience possible, knowing that sometimes this can be a very stressful time for people and helping as much as she can to alleviate some of those worries and concerns.

In Charlottes free time, she has been known to hurtle down mountains on her snowboard or going to festivals but equally you could find her with her nose buried in a really good book.
